John 14:23
“Jesus replied, "If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.”.

Here are a few guidelines on how to play the piano and to see that beginners piano doesn't have to be as complicated as it seems:

Give yourself Time
You can be up and running within a few of minutes, playing beginner piano music, basic chords and melodies can be simple. The difficulty comes when you try to advance from there. Your brain needs to develop so that it gets used to telling your fingers how to move on the keys, it is an unnatural thing to do and your body needs time to develop. The only way to do this is by way of practice, over and over again. You will soon find that after having practiced for some time your fingers will start to naturally fall onto the keys and change when you want them to making your playing seem a little smoother and more confident.

Schedule your daily practice

You need to keep practicing ever day in order to interiorize the movement of your fingers on the keys, your brain needs to become accustomed to these somewhat strange movements. Just missing a single day's practice can make for a serious set-back. Daily practice is important for the beginner so even if you don't have time of motivation then try and sit at the keyboard for at least a few minutes to play something. A Few days without practice will put your progress back quite a lot.

Split your hands up
You should try playing your pieces one hand at a time. To start you should practice the piece several times over only playing the right hand part. After having repeated this a few times you might find it has become a little easier and smoother. After this you should now try the left hand on its own. Carry on until it appears to start to become easier. Try playing now with both your hands together, you will realize that it is now much easier than before. You will find that this is an extremely effective way to progress rapidly and to learn pieces faster. Even if you know a piece really well and have been playing it for some times it can still be a really good idea to practice it a little with separate hands for a while.

Perfect your ear
As you advance in your musical training on any instrument you will start to develop what is known as a 'good ear'. Without a good ear you will not be able to hear if the notes you are playing are correct or not. A good ear can be developed and you don't necessarily have to be born with it. You can often find little software utilities that can be used for ear training, there are some home study courses that include them as part of the course.

Enjoy playing
This is possibly the most important advice of all. It can be very easy to be hard on yourself whilst playing, especially if things aren't going well. On the days when you don't feel like practicing just go to the piano and play something even if its just scales or tinkering on the keys, just have fun and keep your hand in. Enjoy yourself whilst practicing and the whole process will become easier. If you get to choose your own practice pieces then pick something that you like and can have fun with.

Practicing the piano or keyboards will not need to be anything else but fun if you follow some of tips offered here. In fact it can be an exciting and enjoyable experience as you learn how to play the piano knowing that it is possible and can be enjoyable.

Isaiah 32:17 The fruit of righteousness will be peace; the effect of righteousness will be quietness and confidence forever. Sowing and reaping – it’s a biblical principle that we see at work throughout the Word and throughout creation. We sow a seed and reap a harvest, bear fruit. This verse means, then, that if we sow righteousness, we will reap peace. Who among us wouldn’t like more peace – in our lives, in our world? Righteousness can be simply defined as “right-living,” referring to relationship between human and God as well as between human and human. Hundreds of scriptures describe this right living or righteousness to us, and what we see in this passage is that if we employ “right-living,” the fruit that will be produced is peace. The verse goes on to say that the effect of righteousness is quietness and confidence forever. So when we engage in right living, not only will we reap a harvest of peace, but the impact, in turn, on our lives will be quietness and confidence –forever. What a comfort! Aren’t we hungry for it? I don’t believe the Lord is referring here to a lack of noise or busy-ness in daily life. I believe He is inviting us to a deep, inner peace and quietness of spirit, an anchor that goes deep and remains firm despite the thrashing and storms of life around us. Please notice it’s not temporary…right living breeds benefits that last forever! What must we do? Be intentional about living rightly in relationship to God and in relationship to one another.
